Sadie Bean Designs, formerly C.O. & Co Events, was established in 2013. We are located on Long Island and work with clients all over the Northeast & beyond. Sadie Bean Designs specializes in custom calligraphy for events such as weddings, brand activations, and live on site events. 01. Inquire
To get started, you will complete a quick inquiry form that will give me an idea of what you are looking for - whether it is Wedding Signage & Stationery, booking a Live Event, or a memorable Keepsake!
02 - Quick Chat
Next, we will connect virtually face to face on a quick Consultation Call! On this call we will go over your vision and all your wants and wishes. We will discuss options in order to create your vision!
03. Proposal & Mood Board
After we chat, I will create a curated Proposal and Mood Board based off of everything we talked about!
04. Make it Official
Once everything looks good on the proposal, you will make it official by booking with me! In order to book, I do require a 50% deposit and a contract signed! Once those are good to go, you will officially be on my calendar!
05. Details Galore
Once you are officially booked, we will start to dive deep into all of the details and design. I will send over a link to a shared Google Drive with a cohesive Google Doc that will outline the whole process and what you will need to provide! You can also share all your inspiration photos here!
06. The Big Day
All of the details have been created and it is time to celebrate! We will plan a time for everything to be picked up for delivered and you will be able to sit back & take it all in!
